Conference Hotel Information

Conference Location: Embassy Suites by Hilton, Greensboro Airport, 204 Centreport Drive, Greensboro, NC 27409. 

Information about hotel: All rooms are suites (double/double or king) and include a sofa bed, mini-refrigerator, microwave, free parking, free in-room Wi-Fi, a hot breakfast buffet, and an evening Manager’s Reception. There is a bar and on-site restaurant. Rate covers up to four people in one room. Frequent email blasts will be sent out during the conference registration period with updated information on availability of hotel rooms.

HOMEWOOD SUITES: 20 double/double rooms were made available for conference attendees on January 6, first come, first served. 

The Homewood Suites is right at the Embassy Suites. They are owned and managed together. It is not a long walk at all, just across the parking lot. The Homewood Suites has one and two bedroom suites with a full-sized refrigerator, fully equipped kitchen, and two TVs.

The room rate is the same as at the Embassy Suites - $168 per night including taxes.

At the Homewood Suites:

1) There is no nightly reception. You can purchase tickets to the Embassy reception for Friday and Saturday nights at the cost of $15.95 plus tax per person per night. 

2) There is a hot breakfast, a very nice breakfast, but there is no made-to-order egg station.

3) There is a dinner at the Homewood Suites on Thursday night. The hotel chooses the menu and it is usually something simple like tacos.
