NCATA received a letter dated June 24, 2016 concerning Session Law 2014-115, Section 62(b) of House Bill 1133 that association must have a minimum membership in order to authorize a payroll deduction to be paid to the association. Associations must have a minimum of 2000 members and NCATA does not meet that criteria. Even if we did, state law would require the entire $45 fee be paid at once. To have installment payment via dues authorization, an association must have 40,000 members or more.

REFUND POLICY: **Memberships sold by NCATA are nonrefundable.**

No refunds of membership fees due to overpayment or member error will be granted. Please have your payment information available when you call, which includes date, method of payment, and check or credit card number. Refunds necessary due to an error by NCATA will normally be sent in the same manner as the original payment. Checks will be issued for payments by check, and credit cards will be credited for payments by credit card. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your refund to be processed. If you have any questions regarding these financial policies, please call NCATA at (800) 979-2077.
