1. Must be a regular teacher assistant member to participate in the contest.

2. Contest begins on July 1st and ends on December 31st of each membership year.

3. Contest is based on the number of NEW regular members (working teacher assistants) and NEW associate members (two associate members equals one regular member for contest counting purposes) who join and pay before the deadline of December 31st using the “recruited by” line in the membership form.

4. Each member who joins 10 or more members will receive a $25 Walmart gift card and be recognized at the annual conference.

  • Former members who have lapsed and then renew do not count in this contest.

100% School Award:

Each year NCATA recognizes schools who have achieved 100% membership within the North Carolina Association of Teacher Assistants.  It is quite an accomplishment to achieve this distinction, and is a testament to your dedication and hard work as a team. Please understand that this award is for 100% membership in the state association and not the local associations. The form is due no later than January 15, 2020 and can be faxed to Melinda Zarate at 1-800-979-2077.
