Sarah Jack began her dream of being a teacher at Pilot Elementary School as a teacher assistant in March of 2007.  Over the last 10 years she has worked with all elementary grade levels but finds that she loves working with kindergarten.  She has been a member of both the Davidson County Association of Teacher Assistants and the North Carolina Association of Teacher Assistants since 2007.  She holds an Intermediate Level PDP Certificate through the NCATA Professional Development Plan.  Sarah will be receiving her Advanced Level PDP at the state conference in April of 2017.  She is grateful for the experiences that have enabled her to help her students to know that there is someone who loves and cares for them.  Sarah's hobbies are making stained glass windows, knitting and crocheting, reading, farming, cooking, and baking.
